ALPHA MAUI RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Alpha Maui purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

WATCHES & ACCESSORIES
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage outside the product’s stated water-resistance limits, and damage caused by improper use are not considered manufacturing defects. Watch repairs and replacement options are handled on a case-by-case basis.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or Alpha Maui shipped the incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
